Letters to the Editor January17th Hilary Rappaport and Martin Malin -- Thielman has demonstrated that he is prepared to meet challenges Tremendous challenges lie ahead for Arlington and the state of Massachusetts — to pay for quality healthcare for those who need it, improve our public schools and maintain the Commonwealth as an international center of science and technology. We need a representative to fill Jim Marzilli's seat who will have the knowledge, compassion, creativity and experience to meet these challenges. Jeff Thielman has demonstrated that he has these qualities over and over, through his work on the School Committee, on park preservation and on the override campaign.
